Who doesn't love a good romance? Who doesn't love a good tear-jerker? And finally who doesn't love a sparkly pair of inexpensive earrings that make all the wrong things in life seem right?

If you want a quick and easy book to read by the pool this summer, try Love & Other Words by Christina Lauren. It will make you think about your first love, especially if it was during high school, and how that experience can stay with us forever. I haven't finished the book yet, so I don't know if the two main characters end up back together. Even if I did know, I wouldn't spoil it because I'm really enjoying this book.
Now...onto the sparkles. My favorite inexpensive earrings are these beautiful teardrop-shaped studs that catch the sun's rays and make it look like you have tiny diamonds in your ears. They're perfect for summer days when you don't want to wear much jewelry but still want to feel special and look put-together. Elegant, timeless and great quality for the price.
